Main Congress
The main congress takes place at Leonardo Royal Hotel Munich which offers a convenient and comfortable accommodation option for participants who wish to stay on site. The modern hotel provides spacious rooms, on-site dining, and direct access to the conference facilities, making it an easy and practical choice during the event.
The hotel is located in the north of Munich, close to the Olympiapark and well connected to the city center by public transport, allowing guests to reach many of Munich’s main attractions within a short time.
Please note that we do not have a reserved room block or special conference rates at the hotel. Participants who wish to stay at the venue are therefore encouraged to book their accommodation directly with the hotel at their convenience and subject to availability.

Pre Congress
The pre congress takes place in the heart of Munich at our faculty building of Ludwig Maximilian University offering a centrally located setting with excellent public transport connections. The venue is just a 10-minute underground ride from the Main Congress Hotel, making it quick and easy to travel between both locations.

Getting around
From Munich Airport (MUC) to Leonardo Royal Hotel Munich
You can either take the S-Bahn S1 or go by Lufthansa Express Bus to München Hauptbahnhof (Munich Central Station). From there, take the Underground U2 (Feldmoching) and change at Scheidplatz to U3 (Moosach). Your final destination is Oberwiesenfeld.

Take the U2 (Feldmoching) and change at Scheidplatz to U3 (Moosach). Your final destination is Oberwiesenfeld.
From the Congress Hotel to the Pre-Congress Venue
Take the U3 (Fürstenried West) from Oberwiesenfeld and get off at Giselastraße. Our team will welcome you there.
